Use Proactive..but it costs alot. Im a teen (just? turned 13) and grew acnes around 10. I asked my mom about Proacive, she ordered a small pakacage- (about $50?) Idk I forgot. It worked wonderfully and she kept ordering from now on.
@amwahid25 Yeah I’m about to turn 32 and still have it. It’s not as bad as my late teens/early twenties but it hasn’t vanished. I quit smoking a few months ago, have been working? out regularly, and started eating healthier. Unfortunatley it hasn’t really changed that much. I thought quitting smoking would definitley help but I don’t really see a difference. i think a healthy diet can help but it’s not the answer. I also cut down drinking but that didn’t do anything either.
@southparkresident? I feel your pain. Myself, 29 years, have had it since 12 years and still going strong. These kinds of videos make me laugh. Time, i’m hoping will eventually overcome all of it.
@southparkresident I had acne on my face for about three years but I started using a medication that I applied to my skin every night and it had? done wonders! It’s called Dalacin, I think there’s another name for it too but I’m not sure what it is. I tried it on my chest to try and get rid of those pimples but it doesn’t seem to be working on my chest acne. It’s great for my face though!

Use PanOxyl Acne foaming wash which has 10% benzoyle peroxide that’s meant for the face, back, & chest. Its about 10 dollars and does work! U can find it a Rite AId, Longs(Cbs) or walgreens. Use it twice a day and you? should see some improvement after a couple of days of using it. FYI, make sure u rinse it all off because it will give u a chemical burn if u don’t.
@TheHighVic actually… i doubt the scars will go away.. :[ use a scar cream that makes the? scars clear up in a month.. its is expensive but… it actually does help :3

Does working out at the gym cause more acne? because of the increased hormone ?
@amwahid25 If anything, alcohol in moderation seems to? kinda help.

I used getacnecure . com for my face and body acne. Great results and now i have? clear and smooth skin. Works perfect on male and female both.
